GUARANTEES?? in life..

So WHAT ARE THE GUARANTEES if LIFE??

My co-worker pointed out TWO that I can't disagree with:

• DEATH &&
• TAXES

Any others??

(But all hope is not lost, depending on how you think you can create your own GUARANTEES).
